1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will only be issued for returned items that comply with our return policy criteria. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product (following the return process above) and place a new order for the item you want.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled after the 12-hour window has passed, as processing and packing may already have begun.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
