Definitions
For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service, including but not limited to 3-in-1, 4-in-1, and 5-in-1 luggage sets, backpacks, and school bags.
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

● “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is within Malaysia when placing an Order.

2. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Orders, regardless of size or value. No shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

3. Shipping Timeframe

All Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
While we strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible, delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors such as location, courier schedules, or peak holiday seasons.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 business days

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your Order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local courier services to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently. Delivery services may include J&T Express, Pos Laju, or other reputable providers, depending on your delivery location.

6. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your Order. We are not responsible for Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Additional arrangements may be required in such cases.

7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your Order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s official website.

8. Packaging

All Goods are carefully packed and protected to minimize damage during transit. We use secure and appropriate packaging suitable for bags, luggage sets, and accessories.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier backlogs, or other external factors beyond our control.
